保修与售后 Warranty and after-sales

  • 整机保修 12 个月，自签收之日起算；易损件（喷嘴、喉管、平台贴膜等）保修 3 个月。 12-month warranty on the machine from the date of receipt; 3 months on consumable parts such as nozzles, throat tubes and build-plate sheets.
  • 保修范围内：非人为因素的硬件故障，免费维修或更换部件。 Covered: hardware failures not caused by misuse — repaired or replaced free of charge.
  • 不在保修范围内：进水、跌落、私自拆解改装、使用非适配电源或耗材造成的损坏。 Not covered: damage from liquid ingress, drops, unauthorised disassembly or modification, or use of non-compatible power supplies or materials.
  • 申请售后请提供设备序列号与购买凭证；序列号在机器底部标签上，也可在控制界面的「关于」里查看。 Please provide the device serial number and proof of purchase. The serial number is on the label underneath the machine and also shown under “About” in the control interface.
  • 备件可直接向我司订购，常用件长期备货。 Spare parts can be ordered directly from us; common parts are kept in stock.

常见问题 Frequently asked questions

手机 App 找不到打印机 / 连不上The mobile app cannot find or connect to the printer
  1. 确认手机与打印机连在同一个局域网（同一路由器的 Wi-Fi 或网线），不要一个走 4G/5G、一个走 Wi-Fi。 Make sure the phone and the printer are on the same local network — not one on cellular data and the other on Wi-Fi.
  2. 在打印机控制界面确认已连上网络，并记下界面显示的设备编号。 On the printer, confirm it is connected and note the device ID shown on screen.
  3. 公司或校园网络常做客户端隔离，同一 Wi-Fi 下设备之间也互不可见。换一个普通家用路由器试。 Corporate and campus networks often enable client isolation, which blocks device-to-device traffic. Try a normal home router.
  4. 仍不行请把设备编号 + 路由器型号发到上面的邮箱，我们协助排查。 If it still fails, email us the device ID and your router model.
首层不粘平台、边缘翘起First layer does not stick; edges warp
  1. 平台先用温水加中性洗涤剂洗净、擦干 —— 手指油脂是首层失败最常见的原因。 Wash the build plate with warm water and mild detergent, then dry it. Finger oil is the most common cause of first-layer failure.
  2. 重新做一次调平（自动调平机型请确认调平传感器读数正常）。 Re-run levelling. On auto-levelling models, check that the sensor readings look sane.
  3. 首层速度降到 20–30 mm/s，首层温度比常规高 5 °C。 Slow the first layer to 20–30 mm/s and raise the first-layer temperature by 5 °C.
  4. 大幅面 ABS/ASA 件容易翘边，建议加封箱或改用 PETG。 Large ABS/ASA parts warp easily — use an enclosure or switch to PETG.
打印中途停机 / 断料The print stops mid-way or runs out of filament
  1. 先看屏幕报错信息与喷嘴温度是否正常。温度异常通常是热敏电阻或加热棒接线松动。 Check the on-screen error and the nozzle temperature. Abnormal temperature usually means a loose thermistor or heater cartridge connector.
  2. 断电重启后可在控制界面选择断电续打，从断点继续。 After a power cycle you can resume from the interruption point in the control interface.
  3. 频繁断料请检查料管是否打折、挤出机齿轮是否磨平了耗材。 Frequent filament runout: check for a kinked Bowden tube or a flattened filament where the extruder gear bites.
如何更新固件How to update the firmware
  1. 打印机联网后会自动检查并提示可用更新，在屏幕上确认即可；更新期间不要断电。 When connected, the printer checks for updates automatically and prompts you. Confirm on screen, and do not cut power during the update.
  2. 也可在控制界面的「设置 → 系统更新」里手动触发检查。 You can also trigger a check manually under Settings → System update.
  3. 更新失败导致无法开机时，联系售后获取恢复方式，不要自行刷写。 If a failed update leaves the machine unbootable, contact us for the recovery procedure rather than flashing it yourself.
